Municipal reporting has fixed sitting dates. Our process respects that clock.
1. Scoping call
We confirm the program, the next committee date, and whether you need a full dashboard commission, an indicator map, or materials for one sitting.
2. On-site walkthrough
Officers walk us through ledgers and prior packs. We capture definitions and source trails before proposing chart layouts.
3. Draft and revision
You receive a definition sheet and draft pages. Two revision rounds are standard on the flagship commission.
4. Pack and handover
Final pages land ahead of the sitting. A half-day session leaves the update checklist with the officers who will own the next month.
